This information is designed to give you help become a pro at maintaining your home and your investment. The Homeownership Information Center sponsors monthly Home Buyer Education Workshops. These workshops are designed to provide your with all of the information you will need to buy and keep your home. We also conduct Home Ownership-Predatory Lending workshops once a month to alert you to the many dangers out there in the refinancing business. If you live in Alameda or Contra Costa Counties you may come in (call for an appointment!) to use our public computers and explore these websites.
