If you don't understand a word, check it out in the glossary.x |
Finding a home may be very difficult. You may have to compromise on some of your priorities for location. The high cost of housing in the San Francisco Bay Area adds significant challenges. However, when you decide that you want to buy a home you may use this pdf file: Shopping for a Home to help you make the right choice for you. The Homeownership Information Center sponsors Home Buyer Education Courses once a month. These workshops are designed to provide you with enough information to pursue homeownership. Many other homeownership agencies also give these courses. Call one of us and attend! You can access our monthly calendar here. Call us if you find a workshop that you would like to attend. We will sign you up for the next avaiable workshop. Call 1800-773-2110. |
